General Terms of Use

ThemeLabs offers its services and products exclusively based on the terms of use laid out in the following. Information, data and prices on Internet, ads, brochures, catalogs and other publications are non-binding and subject to change. The buyer recognizes the license agreement and the terms of use as stated here at the time when he/she download any product from this website. ThemeLabs Reserves the right to change and/or update any of these terms and conditions at any time without any previous notice.

Return of Products and Refunds

ThemeLabs doesn't manage product's return facilities because all our products are electronically delivered. If for any reason the buyer isn't confortable nor satisfaced with a product and within the next 30 days of its purchase wants a refund, we grant it with the sole condition that any file related to the purchased product is deleted and/or removed from any storage media. We grant the refund only if the product has not been used for any work.

Change of Ownership

The buyer can't transfer any of our products to anyone else. They can't be resold or included as part of any other business.

Authorized Use

You may use any of the products you purchase from ThemeLabs for any commercial or non commercial projects as you wish. One (1) license per website, there isn't the so called "developers" license here. If you buy a license of a theme, then you can use it in your own site or your client's site. The only limitations is mentioned in the next section called "Unauthorized Use".

Unauthorized Use

If you want to use the theme in more than one website, then you must buy one license for each site. You may not place any of our products (nor free nor commercial), modified or unmodified, on a website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind.

Technical Support and Warranty

Our products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind and without technical support, either expressed or implied. In no event shall ThemeLabs or its owners be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. ThemeLabs grants you a minimun technical support related to the distributed files (not included installation and/or usage) and user's account issues.

Information Disclosure

You may not disclose any order information which includes but is not limited to Order ID, download links, nickname, password, etc.

Distribution Method

ThemeLabs goods are distributed by download (electronic delivery) option only. We don't do physical shipments of any kind. After your purchase you will receive an automated email from our system with the username and password to access our private members area where you can download your products. You have unlimited downloads attempts to get what you ordered. If you experience any kind of problem with the download links, please use the "Contact Us" form. All the payments at ThemeLabs.com are via PayPal, you can purchase using PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account.

Right to Change These Terms

ThemeLabs reserves the right to change or modify these current Terms with no prior notice. Any previous terms and conditions are deprecated by the current text you're reading.
