Here is a list of Frequently Asked Questions, mainly for customers who buy or wants to buy our products. If you have another question not available here, then you can use our contact form to ask us your doubts. Please, allow between 24 to 48 hours to receive an answer.
I puchased something form ThemeLabs. When will you send the product to me?
ThemeLabs system is totaly automated. As soon as we receive payment confirmation, you'll receive an email from our system with your username and password to access "My Account" section where you can download your purchased product(s). All this process usually takes few minutes to be completed. If you paid with e-Check, the system will send you the email when the payments is cleared and it can take few days. You can know the estimated clearance date by consulting your PayPal account.
How many time do I have to download my products from "My Account" section?
Your purchased product(s) will be available for download for lifetime. We don't delete user's accounts and don't limit the times you can download a product. We can remove an account and/or its products only if we detect unauthorized access. If we also detect several access to an account from different sources then we reserve the right to take legal actions. Note that our accounts system stores some data on each access and creates an hystoric access registry.
What can I do if my username or password doesn't work?
Our system manages the usernames and passwords in lowercase and without any blank spaces. We have functions that fixes this kind of errors, but if for any reason you can't enter with your username and password you can request a new one from "My Account" section in the "Lost Password" link. You can also contact us from here and we'll take care.
What is your refund policy?
We make our best effort to bring you an almost perfect product and service. But if for any reason you are really not happy with our products then we'll issue you a complete refund without any question asked with the sole condition that you stop using the product and remove them from any storage media. If you want a refund use the contact us form to request it.
Can I have physically shipped my purchased products?
Sorry, no. We only offer download option for all our products.
Can I purchase advertising on ThemeLabs.com website or inside any of your products?
No. We make money by selling themes and we're not interested in selling ads. Our customers pay for what they get here and we don't want to annoy them with ads.
